How long does it take?
Vex Latex items are handcrafted in California by Laura and her small team. Turn around time is 2-4 weeks. We do have a READY TO SHIP section with select items that are pre-made. These items ship within 48 hours.
Can you rush the order?
If you need your order in a rush in most cases we can accommodate. Rush fees may apply so please contact us.
What size should I buy?
Every item has a size chart in the listing. Follow the chart using your Chest, Waist & Hip measurements in inches to find the best fit for your body type. If you are still not sure drop us a line and we will try and guide you in the right direction.
Can I have my item made for my measurements?
We do offer a Made 2 Measure service for a small fee. You will need to fill out our measurementform. Please contact us first if you would like us to make your items per your measurements.
Can I return if it does not fit?
Because of the handmade nature most items are not returnable. We do have a READY TO SHIP section with items that are pre-made. Ready To Ship items can be returned for store credit. For full return policy please visit our fullStore Policy page.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship Worldwide. At check out you can select the shipping service of your choice. All orders over $500 receive free shipping!
How do I care for my Vex Latex piece?
